Making time for something that doesn't consciously enter our minds on a daily basis is very difficult. However we must prioritize our mental health especially in todays environment. Our senses are overloaded each day. Between iphones, ipads, social media, school, or work, our mental health and wellbeing will suffer if we don’t take time to focus on ourselves. If you choose not to focus on your mental health, it will creep away little by little. Before you know it, problems will arise.
