Life is hard. It gets even harder when we make excuses for things we should be doing. This year make things a priority and not an excuse. You will feel a sense of accomplishment after you prioritize. Your stress level and anxiety will lower too. However, if you choose to make excuses instead, your mental health will eventually suffer.
