Anxiety is hard to control. However if continue to dwell on negative thoughts and give life to them, they will control you. Negative thoughts happen to everyone. Some more than others. The trick is to realize when they are occurring and put a stop to the negativity. Yes, it is easier said than done, but you must try. Don’t let your negative thoughts run your life.
